About the Mentor and Director – Mr. Ajit Kumar Singh

Mr. Ajit Kumar Singh, the visionary mentor and Director of A Plus Security and Household Services, is a remarkable individual whose life reflects a deep commitment to academic excellence and social empowerment. A National scholarship awardee during his schooling years, Mr. Singh's pursuit of knowledge and dedication to hard work led him to graduate from the prestigious Birla Institute of Technology (BIT), Mesra, Ranchi—one of India's top engineering institutions.

He began his professional journey with the esteemed Tata Group, where he served with distinction for over a decade. During his tenure, he gained valuable experience and developed a keen understanding of organizational management and human resource development. However, driven by a higher calling, Mr. Singh chose to leave his corporate career to pursue a greater purpose, uplifting the weaker sections of society and creating meaningful employment, especially in rural India.

With this vision, he established A Plus Security and Household Services, a venture dedicated to generating mass employment opportunities while ensuring quality service delivery. Under his guidance, the organization has grown with a mission rooted in social responsibility, offering training, skill development, and dignified employment to thousands. Mr. Singh’s journey continues to inspire, embodying a rare blend of professionalism and heartfelt service to the nation.
